Illustration Friday: Crash

My submission for Illustration Friday's "Crash" is from one of my Marisol greeting cards. This is the kind of party I would crash, dogs and cats living together and having a big ol party!

Dear Val Gal: I am accepting the invitation and getting reborn in time for the PARTY. I've decided not to wait for a human body but to take the first canine available instead. I really want to be your dog so keep your eyes open cause here I come. Bad Dog (birthing)

Never mind the big party, what about the invitation to a Party For Two! It sounds so romantic and yes, very intimate. I need to find out more about these cards Val. Last night I went through your website. Are these cards and other products currently available in the market? Would you design a private stationery for an individual? Is that even possible. Do you do that?

val, i want that private party for two! i would love the bigger party since i'm a bona fide lover of animals, but that small intimate invitation--well, my imagination is now in anticipatory active gear.

you make me smile every week.

Oh Val they are so adorable. They are the puuuurfect couple a dog and a cat. Of course the cat is royalty...which is how the cat would have it.

They are all ready to PARTY!

These two look like they're waiting for the guests to arrive, but with the confetti and balloons already floating in the air, looks like they don't really need anyone else.
You have endless original ideas it seems to me, amazing how each one evokes a smile.
