LOL! I thought it was Snap because of the dog's nap :-) Haha...You always come up with the clever interpretation even though I am in a world of my own. I see the dog blogs too!
Hey this painting is a little different for you. The house is not the main character? I really like it, you kind of went outside your bounds and created a really fun scene.
I get the shivers looking at this illustration. It's really cute, but...
I remember years back in the Pacific NW, in the dead of winter, and not able to afford 24 hours of heat. My wife and I would crawl under as many blankets as possible. Put on a stocking cap (preferably of the ski-mask variety), and watching our breath crystallize in the air, go to sleep.
If hell is a really cold place, then I could affirm that getting up in the morning was truly hell!
Val, thanks for your comment on my blog. In reference to your scanning issues, I'm wondering if you have Photoshop? When I scan things in with my scanner they come out dark, but there is some Photoshop wizardry to fix it. I'd love to help out if you want it. A couple exchanged emails, or a phone call, whatever. You can get my info from www.scottcuzzo.com if you want to contact me. I could even meet you at a Starbucks in Malibu with my laptop if you want. Happy to help, no worries if not!
