These look like some of the homes in a neighborhood here that have to "do it up" for the holidays. The street/block is called Candy Cane Lane for the season. Excess...but fun for the kids and pretty at night!
breathtaking, Val, absolutely beautiful!! Still working on getting our card together, I wish I had an assistant to help me with the stuff I don't like to do! ; )
omg. my comment must not have taken. i was here earlier drooling over this, and i just came back to look again!
one of the reasons i love this season is that we get to go overboard...be excessive...colours, glitter, sweets, ribbon, tinsel. there's just no such thing as "too much," when it comes to christmas!
As always your colors are beautiful. The message makes me wonder whether excessive gift giving is good thing. I tend to think not but your illustration, and my wife who loves gifts, are convincing me otherwise.
Oh, this is just beautiful! I love that the colors aren't the typical holiday colors, yet it's so magical and raises my holiday spirit! Clean yet charming and beautifully executed.
Beautiful! I can't wait to get into the whole Christmas spirit. It's hard living in FL and having 80 degree weather in December. Any who, I was tagged to list 25 of my all time favorite movies and now I'm tagging you that is if you haven't already been tagged. Then, ofcourse you have to tag 5 more people. ;D
