Illustration Friday: Portrait


My submission for Illustration Friday's "Portrait" is a painting of a painting of a house. It is from one of my Marisol greeting cards.

  7. What a warm interior! It has all these half transparent details, like the curtains and the fluffy pillow threads. I am also amazed at the way you draw wood.

    The soft colors (and color choices) are so charming! It isn't just a house ... it is a magical cottage! (I love the teeny tiny house painting on the easel). :)
