My submission for Illustration Friday's "Play" is from my 2004 HomeMade calendar and the title is "Summer House". This is a good way for us to play, camping under the stars, telling stories , laughing and having fun. Ahh hec. That reminds me of my last tent camping trip up at Mt. St. Helens in Washington state. I camped on a big pile of ash!

ReplyDeleteThis looks so cozy and romantic! I love that the cat is being very discreet by staying out side the tent...unlike some cats who like to be right where the action is! Beautiful setting too...I love the cattails and the fireflies...it almost makes me want to go camping!

ReplyDeleteMy parents used to set up the tent in the backyard for my brother and I during the summer. We tried very hard not to go in the house, even to go to the bathroom. We were even allowed to use the coleman stove to cook our dinner! We had Jody our Golden Retriever to watch over us then.
