Illustration Friday: camouflage

My submission for Illustration Friday's "camouflage" is a dimensional painting called "Enchanted Forest". It won an award last week at Monday Artday. The treehouse is disguised as a tree :)

I especially love those birds - kind of humanlike, and hovering magically all over the sky.

oh val! That is so wonderful! And loookatchooo... winnin' all these awards at monday artday. i'm so proud of you! I won an office turkey about 15 years ago. But, not really. I was the only one in my department that was working late, so the person who actually won the turkey had gone home for the day and they gave it to me so it wouldn't go bad. But it was still a proud moment. Not like you must feel, though. :O)
