Illustration Friday: unfold

My submission for Illustration Friday's "unfold" theme is a diecut valgal card that celebrates love. The message is clear but the card is a little unique in the design. I love making cuts and folds, it makes the card a bit more special. I have included a few views here: 1.the original illustration and a copy of the card 2. closeups of the image 3. card folds and unfold.

Thank you for your comment, Val, and doubly so because I got to click on your name and land on your website. I've seen your works in IF, and you have entered another great illo for this week.

Is the original illo rendered with markers? I thought I saw hints of airbrushing similar to Copics so it made me wonder.

The die-cut card is such a great idea!

And please consider me a fan <3<3

Wow! Such unique folded card home for these cutie:)
I love love, super love the colour scheme of these houses.
So cute to witness a couple cat and dog sitting down on love seat. Even the flowers are in love shape...the wallpaper, even the smoke coming out from the chimney!

Just very sweet and perfect.
