Illustration Friday: "choose"

Most of the time I seem to choose the right illustration to post for Illustration Friday. I think the person who was decorating this room couldn't decide what to put in these frames, so many choices! But I do choose to unveil this youtube by my good friend, musician David Tobocman featuring my artwork. You can see the video here. Enjoy!

Valgal! Love the vid. I have sent to a bunch of the gang. Totally fun! I loved seeing the "flying home" pic -- especially because the one we have has the Pepster (god rest his soul) in the doorway. Great work as usual!

your beautiful illustrations fit perfectly to the lyrics of the song. I like the melody, too and it brings me back to my childhood past.

What a delightful treat. I also like the song. It is a perfect accompaniment to your paintings of warm and welcoming homes. Your illustration for this week's theme is a hoot. I can't make up my mind sometimes but the owner of this sofa is extreme. Haha!

Hope all is well and you are fine.

WOW Valerie this is just wonderful! Love the youtube movie. Your art looks so beautiful along that lovely song! I have to confess I got teary eyed...

There were several pieces of yours that I had not seen before that I just love like: the girl's room, the pickup truck with the house in the back, the little blue house this the clothesline beside it, the one with the house flying and the kitty at the end of the steps, the little snow hearts one and the beginning and ending illustration. All your art is beautiful but these ones really speak to me.
Wonderful work! :o)

I love those colorful frames, they look wonderful just like that, pieces of art in themselves. And what an inviting room, the bowl of fish, that comfy sofa. Lovely entry, and very charming too.

Your youtube video is awesome. I think I would choose the YELLOW frame...I am feeling yellow today! :)

So many lovely versions of 'home', I especially like the blue house on the truck. You seem to have matched some images perfectly with the song lyrics - e.g., to your fish and cat image...deliberate or a happy coincidence?!.
