My submission for Illustration Friday's "homage" is one of my Marisol greeting cards for "Dinner at my place". A homage to the simple pleasures of life: Home pride and being House proud.

Wow the color palette is so dramatic and I just love those forks, cups and shakers. Beautiful piece of art! Think it might very well be my all time favorite. . .but then that is hard to say since I love all your art.

One of my biggest yet most simple dreams in life was to have my own home. I still don't, but if I ever do I'd want it to be this one!

Those intense blues are so appealing to me right now!

I will be there around 6 and I'll bring dessert!
It will be something done in chocolate just for this fine occasion.

This is fabulous! Anyone receiving this invitation is sure to be delighted.

After going through a couple of blogs where the lovely creative and intelligent women are leaving or have left, I just want you to know that I am so grateful for your inspiration and you are very special to me. I wish you good health and I don't know if I can say this in blogland but I just love you. Please stay, blogging won't be fun without you and you probably think I am odd or crazy, I'll take crazy. You are among my favorite bloggers.
