You should post your logo where most people post pictures of themselves on their blogs. It's a delightful image and reflects you after all.

hi Valhave you got another house that is a gift. we're in the market for just that sort.:)especially if it looks as happy to see me as this one does.It seems as if I have just turned up and the house looks as happy as a dog does.nicewill come back later, still trying to finish bluelove scott
I love this as a logo...it says so much about many things...you, home, happiness, gifts, etc...and , at least to me, on several levels. As an illustration on its own, it's lovely and colorful. Very nice:>
Val..thanks for your comment this week. I have always loved Joni Mitchell, because her music and lyrics touch me in a very real way. The poetic and autobigraphical style of her earlier work has had such a great influence on my own writing, and I have always admired her as a visual artist. Your husband is lucky to have a book of her artwork and poetry...what a treasure. I can well imagine that she must seem larger than life in person; she's such a legend and a formidable woman. Thanks for sharing those stories!~ carla
beautiful illustration - I like the red trim you put around the house, a nice touch
Lovely colours. Jumps right off the screen!
What a lovely and beautiful house! Wish I could find one like that in real live!
Great image - I love it! It makes a wonderful logo! I really like the idea of a house as a gift. Nice!

I like this house alot, its funny and alive! Lovely colours as well.Excellent work!
Val (and Carla) -- your Joni Mitchell stories made me perk up. She is one of the few living goddesses I can think of -- an amazing talent. I wish she'd write an autobiography. I'd eat it up. I so envy you meeting her, Val.
Blue is also my favourite colour :) Your logo is perfect and does encompass what your logo should plus more!
Love your logo! Looks like you enjoy Ill. homes! That's neat. I realy like your three-D efect your getting!

ValGart,My first posting was erased in some way for blogger (I think) - then I posted a second time at number 252
that is the most perfect gift i can think of as well! adorable!
hi val, I'm back.it was exhausting for me the blue dog painting.I'm used to taking weeks or more on a painting, so trying to make one come together in a few hours to post for IF is pretty exhausting for me and I was off to bed not long after posting it.thanks for finding it so quick and leaving a lovely comment.I look foward to your input as you can imagine.I have to say two things, about your post. the first is that I was disapointed to click for a larger version to find out it was the same one.I feel like I am missing out on some details. (I do sit along way from my computer screen) and the other point is a little more delicate.whispersthe idea of changing your image (avatar) in blogger for this one, sounded good, at first. but I for one vote that you change it back.the house comes through too small to see whats going on and the strait (well curved really) lines get a lot of alaising effects, or the jaggies, at that size.the other reason is that I would much rather see val, as a person, then valgalart as a concept, especially when that person isvery fine to look at.I miss you already.anyway, I better not say anymore.lots of lovean admirer
pshope you don't mind me saying that
What a great idea for a logo. You have a great eye and imagination.
Puts a smile on my face, happy mood logo :-)
That is a very beautiful blue house!! :)hartini.com

Blue is my favorite as well! Nice illo. The bow creates an interesting touch with the house as a present :)
Your image got me thinking of a language made up of house symbols...would be cool to suggest 'House' for a topic!
That is so wonderful, Valerie! All your work is great. That house has a lot of charm and what is that I am smelling? I think I can smell Mr. Bubble bubble soap in there! :O)
